It was just an ideal choice for a city break in Atmore with the best value for money ratio. The staff were unhelpful and rude, which really put a damper on the stay. Check your confirmation details before arrival to avoid hassles.

The pool area offered a refreshing escape, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast options were varied, with fresh items that catered to different tastes. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, making check-in easy and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired.

The King Suite was spacious and relatively clean upon arrival. The shower pressure was solid, which helped me feel refreshed. The fridge worked well for storing snacks. However, there was a noticeable issue with the cleanliness as I found some pet hair in the bed, which was a bummer. Overall, it was decently comfortable, but could use a bit more attention to detail.

Our room had nice amenities, but the elevators were out of order during our stay.

The room had a lingering smell of fried food, which was quite unpleasant, and I had to deal with noticeable noise from the street outside, particularly during late hours. Additionally, the cleanliness left something to be desired, as I found the remote control dirty, which raised concerns about general upkeep. It would also help if the doors closed a bit quieter, as the clatter often interrupted my peace.

Family needs a solid place to stay

When we checked in, the front desk clerk was friendly and welcomed us right away. I mean, she showed a sense of urgency to get us in, which is something you don't see all the time.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was acceptable for what we got.

I loved the breakfast with freshly baked croissants and a variety of juices! But the comforter in my room was stained, which was disappointing. 😟
